I asked because I've read on Aliexpress section where a buyer attested to the band switching languages automatically & was even advising people to buy the Chinese version & save the extra cost

It have been stated severally that the 6Gb ram version is China exclusive.

If you need Global Version go for the 4/128Gb version

The display feels very and smooth. I don't use much brightness, so it's just perfect for me. However, it's bright enough.

The pop-up cam might look fragile, but it's far from being fragile. The cam retracts when the phone drops, I confirmed this on my bed grin

You should be comparing Y9 Prime to RN7. Even at that, RN7 is still better.
