I don't start cleaning until they start growing teeth, cuz their mouth always smells so good until then. But if you want to clean, use a small face towel with clean drinking water to wipe around the gums and tongue.

Background story - I used US little snugglers for my first son when I had him stocked up a lot that lasted 12months before I tried molfix, Pampers baby dry, but didn't like any of them. I eventually settled for Pampers care, which seemed ok. Now on to the second baby, the baby sizes of the US diapers I had left from 3 years ago can't be used, because I still had them in their boxes, even the yellow indicator has changed colour i guess cos of the heat. I do it once in a week, sometimes twice in a month sef.
Cotton in clean water, swab gently.

Mummys pls come to my aid oo. I don't understand my 4weeks old baby again. Last week he started breathing noisely, especially at night and early hours in the morning. I bought nycil menthol and rubbed on his chest and fore head. Yesterday i noticed the breathing has reduced, but he started grunting and giggling too much. I don't know if his stomach is biting him or he is constipated, and at the end of it, he will just gas. he hasn't poo since yesterday.
