1st step - Send an email with your driver's license details to the FRSC Abuja Office requesting a FRSC letter or driving record.
You are more likely NOT to receive a reply from the FRSC Abuja office.

2nd step- Follow up your email by ing this Abuja FRSC Employee (Sule - phone number 2348033795031)
Sule will access the FRSC Database and will write for you the FRSC letter.
I was also told that the Service provided by Sule is free of charge . The only money you will send to him is for the shipment of the FRSC letter to you.

Agree with this...Downtown anywhere will most likely have their larger share of crackheads and those guys in DTK sure do light up their game...I'm in Doon South...Grand River is 2 mins away from me, 401 is 3 mins away and I looove the area!!!

Congrats on your landing. I would assume your experience with seeing drug abuse on the streets is because you live around the downtown. There are lots of very quiet and family oriented areas in Kitchener or you could consider Cambridge. Consider areas like doon south, huron park, hidden valley. You may be shocked to find same thing in Guelph if you visit downtown.

In countries with private health systems, hospitals and other services can be owned by private organizations as is the case in countries like the states.

He can, but getting the work permit is the VO's prerogative.
