For your information...

Increase in IHS fee has been approved and will be implemented anytime soon.

IHS fees will double. Students pay £150 but will now be £300 once into law

Zoey1: 10:38am On Nov 28, 2018
It is still £150.
That document is a draft, not yet statutory.

I really don't understand the UK's strategy.

BRExit is in progress and they are talking about this? Basically telling people to stay away!

The claim is the NHS is stretched financially. Only place to get more funds is from non-eu

Hello guys,

Please I need your advice.

My appointment is on Monday and I am having doubts concerning my bank statement.

I have paid my tuition in full so I am only required to have a little over N4m in my but I have more than that. The statement I printed today is from Nov 1 - Nov 30 the difference between the opening and closing balances is about N2m - meaning I had more withdrawals than deposits - BUT I didn't as anytime go below the required N4m. I spoke to someone today, and she expressed concerns that it may be an issue for me - i.e having such a huge amount of withdrawals within the month.

I have another statement from the period of Jul 1 - Nov 15 (3 months) and this statement shows a higher closing balance than opening - i.e more deposits than withdrawals. This issue with this is that it is for 3 months and it is not recent.

Please which statement do you suggest I use? I am very apprehensive because I applied in September this year and got rejected based on the credibility interview and I have had two visit visa rejections (2016). Thanks
Zoey1: 9:36pm On Nov 30, 2018
Have you paid any part of your accomodation fee?
If Yes I am not sure the withdrawals will pose a problem if your balance never at any of 28 days dropped below required.

Boss justwise, please I need your help please. With regards to the bold texts, my balance dropped 2 days during the 28 days count.
However, it’s above the required amount on the date of deposit and today yesterday Friday, the 28th day.

I am applying on Monday, please will this be a problem?

If You are doing a study of more than 6months outside London thats £1015 x 9 =£9135.
£9135 - £250 = £8885
To be on the safe side use rate of £1 = N500
Thats estimated N4.5M
If you have the required funds for maintainance just relax about withdrawal, if they have any concern they will let you know, never heard any issues about withdrawals before with UKVI.

Your withdrawals are not an issue as long as your balance has not gone below the required living expenses at any point within the 28 days.

You cannot use a bank statement more than 30 days old so forget the 3 months bank statement which is not recent.

You can only use from when balance didnt reduce then count more days to make it 28.
You can use your parents' with a consent letter from them.

Bro. One last question. My I wanna use my late dad's statement, problem is, we are currently processing a court order for the release of funds before I leave.
We got a banker to help us with his bank statement. Question is, can my mom sign the consent letter on his behalf?

Pardon my ignorance, if any.

Cc. Justwise.
