There is a cover note option on the fax page. It works. I didn't even write my ref on the doc itself. Just type whatever details in there.

Use hello fax to send a scanned copy to hellofax.
You dont need to write with biro. Use the cover page section on hellofax to write ur reference number.
i did mine on tuesday and my status changed today that they have receive my document.
if you still have a challenge when sending, you can PM me and i will send a DIY hellofax which i used.

You should have a sigh of relief since it's IP1. Most probably, God willing, your BGC shouldn't take time.

If IP2/BGC is where your are stuck for months, then that would require you to be more patient.

Check to be sure you faxed it to WES Canada and not WES USA

If you can get someone to assist, that will be good. I went to the school four times! The first three visits they said they were yet to get a mail from WES. Infact, on the third visit was when I learnt that they were waiting for hard copy not email. I went to the registrar's office again last week Tuesday and met a different person who checked and told me that my mail came in on the 8th of June and had been forwarded to Records office for processing (8th of June was before my 2nd and 3rs visit!). I went to the Records office and was told my file had been worked on. I was happy and thought that the verification will be sent before the end of last week, for wia! Anyway, I'm glad I'm done with all that.
