For hotbird, use 10992 V 27500 @ 7 'o' clock.

Your lnb is not properly on the focus.
Had similar experience when Installing my 3.5M dish.
However I am not in Abj

This ur signal on 7w is not a true reflection of 7w coz with 90cm anyone can get 93% on 11555 but what about 11938 or 11766 on 7w.

I will suggest u set ur focal point initial using nilesat by the following method:

1) use 11555 to track nilesat then tighten the bolts
2) At this position, select any of the tripod and adjust it to see if it gives u signal on 11938
3) if one doesn't,try the next tripod until u get some green on 11938 then
4) u can adjust any other tripod to raise the signal to desirable level
5) Mind u 2.4M gets good signal on 11938 so with 4M ,if the lnb is on the focus ,it should turn green easily

6) Most importantly, u should know that on locally made dish unlike on the foreign made dish, the length of the tripod may not necessarily be equal for the lnb to be on the focus.... This is one mistake a lot of us make.

This ur signal on 7w is not a true reflection of 7w coz with 90cm anyone can get 93% on 11555 but what about 11938 or 11766 on 7w.

3) if one doesn't,try the next tripod until u get some green on 11938 then

d focal length of d dish is 175 but when I use it foe 9°e 4 dat calculation it give me 57℅ until I reduce it to 164℅ i got 90/91℅ on it but for 7°w 11766 also 90%

First track champion with the first lnb. Then use a binding wire to tie the second lnb and then use it to find 68.5e on top of it.
