From my own perception, i think there are some basic data they need and some requirements for the Graduate trainee programme.
I once worked in a bank and i get to know they don't shortlist State Universities graduate.

So this might be the same...Maybe The schools you graduate from, age..class of degree....Experience or so

What's the reason for not shortlisting State University graduates? Those guys are good too now.

It's Access Bank that does that rubbish. I don't think it's so for other banks tho

That's not true... I applied for fidelity bank graduate trainee program earlier this year,and I finished from a state university. I wrote the test and ed and was called for oral interview and after that stage heard nothing from them again. The university you attended has nothing to do with the invites....

I think there is every possibility of we writing it. Bt the issue is dat we ve not been sent any invitation yet.

its best you say what you are certain of . I attended a state university, got shortlisted for the last access bank entry level test, and even made it to the top management interview
