Throwback: This is the problem.. thanks to PMB Nigeria is now lawless. he disobeys court order he appoint Judges He is selective in persecution. When it comes to Nnamdi Kanu, you become lawyer... but arewa youths that UN called for their arrest... you say "they were misquoted " How about Dasuki, how about That IMN leader.... they have been granted bail, they are still in Jail. Saraki CCT case was struck out... not because he was innocent.. but for peace to reign. Nigeria is now lawless. .. it's not even Zoo it's a jungle. If the system was OK... why go US to sue for justice... 2 Likes |

prettyboi1989: ATS cases most times get to Hague.... 7/10 cases It depends on the gravity of evidence available... A video of the event would graduate it to ICC Hague Also high profile Confession from Obiano is also powerful against the army |

Throwback:\ If they can get favorable court judgment, enforcement is very easy. I can tell atleast five different ways the judgment can be enforced even if the defendants have no assets in US. Go and educate yourself about the financial world. The biggest challenge is getting a court order. / 1 Like |

[quote author=Throwback post=59858272]Some people live a delusional life. So some US lawyers will present the quit notice given by Northerners who the igbos have termed parasites holding them down in the country, as an attempted genocide, but all the videos of Kanu who has provoked the current unrest in the country, will suddenly be wiped off the internet? I never knew the Kaduna declaration really hurt Igbo pride this much, as the tables were turned on their heads overnight, and they became unity beggars who refused to return to their region of misery they had fled in their millions. When will all this delusions and deception and propaganda from IPOB stop? Will US come into Nigeria to enforce any court ruling? Or will Nigeria equally prosecute the US military generals in Nigeria for the atrocities committed by US personnel in the MiddleEast? Will Nigeria go into the US to enforce any court ruling granted in Kano or Lagos or Abuja, against the US military? IPOB should stop selling a pipe dream to their zombie , and worry more about the treason charges against their in Nigerian court. So IPOB wants to prosecute anonymously in the USA, but have criticized the Nigerian government for wanting to examine witnesses anonymously in the case in Nigeria against Nnamdi Kanu? Is it that the fears of the prosecution witnesses about the threat posed by IPOB terrorists in Nigeria if they give their evidence openly against the accused are irrelevant, but IPOB own fears are relevant in the USA? Again, this is as delusional as the Jewish identity pursuit that only ended in a disgraceful rejection. |

PrecisionFx: Am I the one crying over a declaration, or am I the one sending emissaries to beg the Northern youths? Am I the one appealing to the UN to intervene. Am I the one who has remained bitter over a quit notice that should have been welcomed with joy and immediate compliance? All of a sudden, the parasite has become very much desired and many have rejected a return to the miserable home region they fled. |

Throwback: You writes as someone of diminished intellect, they do not have to come to Nigeria to enforce anything...The plaintiffs are suing for monetary damages and compensations and should they win, an order can be enforced against Nigeria assets including monies and the plaintiffs will be made whole through that process. In ission a lost in an international human right case will paint Nigeria in bad light international will affect the Nigeria's government efforts to get favors abroad. Finally, Nigeria cannot sue for 'atrocities' committed by US Army in the Middle East, because Nigeria does not have standing as they are not injured...and for your information the US government pays lots of compensations behind close doors to many of those families abroad affected by US wars, many are given cash rewards, other family remaining in some cases are given priority entrance into US to start a new life - all paid for by the US government, hence you do not see many of those human right violation cases against the US. 2 Likes |

What is stopping Nigerian lawyers from proceeding to the Middle East and getting the necessary evidences and witness statements and return to Nigeria to file a suit before a court in Kano. Isn't that the same scenario with the US lawyers? |
