If the visa has already been issued there is no refund policy is either you use it or not.
If the visa hasn't been approved yet the agency can withdraw it and I think their is charges for that too.
Don't keep us in dark, why do you pay for accommodation for a visa you haven't get and also where do you get employment offer without a visa, unless the person handling your visa processing is not straight forward.

The UAE has given Qatar’s diplomatic mission in Abu Dhabi 48 hours to leave the country after what it said where “Doha’s several policies which destabilizes the security and stability of the region and manipulates commitments”.


The UAE informed Qatari citizens they had 14 days to leave the UAE. Citizens from Qatar have also been banned from ing through the UAE.
Emiratis are now banned from visiting or even ing by Qatar at all means.


The Saudi state news agency SPA said Riyadh had closed its borders, severing land, sea and air with Qatar and largely isolating it. It cited officials as saying it was to "protect its national security from the dangers of terrorism and extremism".


Etihad Airways said it would suspend all flights to and from Doha from 02:45 local time on Tuesday
Bahrain’s state news agency said the country was cutting ties with Qatar because Doha was “shaking the security and stability of Bahrain and meddling in its affairs”.


Saudi Arabia said Qatari troops would be pulled from the ongoing Saudi-led coalition that is fighting Al Houthi militia in Yemen.

one thing i like about the UAE is that they are very sensitive when it comes to their foreign policy and wont want to be seen in the light of encouraging terrorism or infringe on the sovereignty of any state.

This has been the subject of discussion at my work place today. Most of my colleagues who fly Qatar Airways has been affected by this as they can't use their return ticket again. Let's watch as things unfolds and pray that they shall resolve the issue soon. If they fully implement this, Qatar could pitch towards Iran and that could be a big problem if the other Gulf countries tries to apply force on them.
