isn't it weird that some Nigerians think he deserves that salary? look at the people responsible for building the country, start from the lecturers in our tertiary institutions and those that work in research institutes, how much is their salary, how fast are they being paid? how much do they contribute to the development of the country? ask the same questions about the emir and ask yourself, if those guys who have done so much are paid such meagre fees and are not even paid in timely fashion, why is the emir enjoying such undue privileges?

From the payslip El Rufai shared the other day, governors don't even earn half of this. And we're saying there's no money in this country? The houses, cars and his lifestyle will be funded by gifts and not even his salary so why that huge?

last I checked, we have only one of Queen Elizabeth for all Commonwealth states. How many traditional rulers like sanusi do we have in Nigeria? I'm not saying he should not be paid, but for humanity's sake, 1.2m in a country over 70% survive on less than $1/day is too much

Queen Elizabeth does not live in a country where majority of the people cannot afford most of the good things of life. She does not live in a country where education, health, infrastructure is poor.
