The campaign rules was stated clearly, and it was duely understood and respected by some reasonable contestants and their team. But i guess because their preferred candidate with their team were guilty of it then they overlooked it and bended the rules. Whether a mod or a populace or even the penultimates rule is rule and should be respected and adhere to.

The Rule goes thus:

"Do not create threads for the purpose of campaigning other than the official one created. If you do so, such thread will be locked and the contestant banned till the end of the contest"

Who made this rule and who is abiding by it?? I need answers
