simple dear....Just open your BBM, swipe from the top of the screen to the middle....you'll see settings...tap to open...it is the first option. Tap to change it "on" and exit using the "<" on the left side of the screen. It works that way for me...I use a Q5 too.

The -1 models are usually for MEA networks where 4G gsm technology has not yet been implemented

ur device is 4G capable, if ur network doesn't 4G(which no Nigerian mobile network s), u won't get d 4G service

that's to show the deadness of the phone. it no longer comes on. the red light used to be my consolation till my bro took it to slot and back. I want to know if I should an OS before I waste data.

if ur os is above 10.2.1 u can install ur apps as u would on an android.
to 10.3 just get d apploader, connect phone to on and install d os....

use an autoloader to reload the os, u can search for links for 10.3 on previous pages

u can't use those vpns cos of BlackBerry security, BlackBerry has its inbuilt vpn which u might have to purchase an id and to use it........if u want to access restricted sites u can use hidemyass.com or similar sites
