zerray:simple dear....Just open your BBM, swipe from the top of the screen to the middle....you'll see settings...tap to open...it is the first option. Tap to change it "on" and exit using the "<" on the left side of the screen. It works that way for me...I use a Q5 too. ![]()

Gurus in the house good evening. Pls I use a BlackBerry z3 it's almost 2 weeks old and so far so good I'm enjoying it. The only problem however, is that most times whenever I try to make a call it just disconnects until I restart the phone pls any idea what could be done? Thanks
