Yeah I scaled through the presentation and role play and did the interview but i'm yet to get a from them.

for those of us asking about the pay....all i can say is that you shouldn't get your hopes too high so u dont get disappointed at the end of the day becos:
1) that they requested for OND Graduates before you applied
2) Whatever the amount being paid by Guiness at the Sales Executive Level, pls look @ the brighter future and you will see that Guiness is truly a good place to work

Presentation and role play. If you scale through both, you will do the interview and if not, you would be evicted.

U would present and act some scenarios given to you and it depends on how you are able to impress the assessors.

So many people during my set said they did very well but ended up been evicted at the end of the day.

I guess the assessors are looking out for some specific values and traits. So just be yourself okay?

Although I am still waiting to be called for assessment but all u gotta do is to be real in whatever role u re asked to play, its an added advantage if u possess acting skills and d ability to cram scripts, then u will be asked to do presentation. Just kill everything with confidence. When did u write ur test and when were u mailed for assessment cos am patiently awaiting mine

@ angeloraph, the assessment was ok. The first stage comprises of role play and presentation.

The prsentation involves a scenario abt 2 products.. One is cheap, the other expensive. So u hv 2 convince the customer 2 purchase d expensive one.

The role play invloves acting like an actor/actress. Just be bold, dats d key.

If u scale thru, u will proceed 2 d next stage which is capability based questions - structured interview., 11 questions

After u will required 2 drop ur documents.

Waiting 4 d next stage which is medicals or maybe there will be driving test, I dunno.
