make sure you visit the form page, fill the form and click submit. The form page will then lead you to the test.php page then your output should be displayed. If you go directly to the test.php page, there will be no $_POST variables for it to output. Goodluck mate.

Your form is ok. The problem is you are accessing the file using it's absolute location(C:......) instead of the webserver(localhost) location. I mean, if the website is running, then you should access your form using the url http://localhost/play/form.html
Only then will your webserver process your php request.
