An Assistant Manager at FIRS is a typical level 9 officer at a ministry. If an AM offer is given it may not necessarily be an experience hire but because that person is a professional specifically a chartered ants. It is notable to see people getting ICAN certificate before getting their HND or BSc, these people normally do not have work experience or getting the certification immediately after graduation without experience.

What do you think that Firs will offer them. Note that with this certification you are expected to start at level 9 officer in line with the civil service rule.

So what you are trying to say is that the 2,500 successful candidates are both Graduate Trainee and Experienced Hire. So those that actually apply for Experienced Hire should move on

So in their employment letter a senior manager I think is 4 or 5, so as it is going downward so the higher the position.

If know the salary, u might not be interested anymore. Just ignore the pay and get the offer first. The salary might not be adequate but it may be of some value.

People are alway interested in the now now now not of the future.
