042

Not just in 042 but in many parts of Nigeria.

In most apartments, tenants remove the living-room (parlour) window burglary for furniture movement when packing in and when packing out.

The same way they climbed up is the same way they will climb down when they are done with their tenancy.
It is everywhere, even here in Lagos, but Lagos own no worse like this.

Well, her clients should have gone to make sure they have a way to bring it in and she should also consider redeg her products so they can be taken apart and out back together.

Nothing will be done.

There's a reason why the region is the least habitable in the entire Country.

Even in Lagos, they make furniture in parts and the carpenter comes to your house to put it together in your sitting room. When you want to move, they take it apart and put it together later

It's a common thing. The staircase is usually too narrow.

It's even more pathetic for cases where the parlour main entrance door is too small. Landlords should be considerate enough to change out such entrance doors to a wider one.

Was the tenant forced to rent the house, or this tenant lacks discretion?

I stayed in a big 3 bedroom house in Abuja and I always wonder how the new tenants will move their funitures in. The main door was extremely small. We had to get carpenter to dismantle some.

I had a similar experience. I moved into a new apartment with all new furniture. The furniture maker only made pieces of the furniture and came to couple them inside the apartment.
