I can't speak for others but this part of Enugu has had water for more than 40 years. If you doubt me, I'll find and send to you the latest water bill and the farthest I can see... or ask anybody born and raised in New Haven, Enugu. It's not steady, but it surely comes.

There are pockets of insecurity in Enugu but it's a national issue. As I speak to you, night life is gradually resuming in Enugu.

Instead of calling 10 top hoteliers in Enugu to form a company.. You offer then loan to build same structure and own it and pay back the loan with 10% interest after 6 years

You achieve same aim without wasting state money


If they default you at least get back the property at 50% cost price
