I don't know if this should have been posted on the romance section. Though I'm more concerned about my friend's health, reason I had to post it here.

He was so happy to hear such a testimony from me, and that was the point he confessed to using the drugs. He said anyday he accidentally sleeps with a girl without taking it, he wouldn't last for 20seconds and wouldn't even be able to go for a second round. How long will he continue this?. If he gets married, is this how he's going to continue taking pills to satisfy his wife?

Tell him to try shifting to natural things.
He can try soaking cloves in water or soaking moringa in alcohol or tigernut drink or weed brownies or something else. There are different natural solutions online. Eventually he would find one or two that is perfect for him and he can rotate using them.
