Definitely it will not but cost, materials,and availability is guaranteed though will little technique and stress.

Note that a good battery goes beyond aesthetic.

Someone here spot welded over 600 cells at 7s but still cannot power 1hp sumo. Sth is wrong somewhere.

I thought that the function of the bms if we use chargers or inverters meant for lead acids batteries.

The function of the BMS is to cut off at set points, but to achieve that one has to be conservative, unfortunately the parameters we use is to squeeze out every ounce of power from the battery, so at the end of the day we charge it like a lead acid battery.

the 24v will charge faster,while the 12v will power the load longer than the 24v.

I have one for sale.
It hasn't been use, because I bought it alongside the 8000w spot welder I'm using currently.

If I am correct, what I am seeing here is 7S 30P configuration. I am of the opinion that JBD BMS would have been much better that the heltec BMC and active balancer you used. The price might not have much difference.
