First of all, Starlink doesn't allow Nigerians to add additional kit to same . In short, the answer is No.

You may, however, get a new kit under a new . But if Residential is at capacity in your location, then Business plan is the only option.

Here's a live Starlink satellite map showing the concentration of ground stations around the world. Though it shows there are no ground stations in Africa, so I don't know how accurate that is. However, it gives you an idea as to why performance is generally poor in most locations in Africa compared to what is obtainable in Europe and Americas.
