⚡Turkish aerospace company BAYKAR’s CEO Haluk Bayraktar: There are about 13,000 manned fighters worldwide—Russian, Chinese, US, and others combined. We believe all those platforms will eventually be unmanned, though that can’t be proven yet. But the field is clearly headed that way. To be clear, they may not be replaced one for one. It may take 3–5 unmanned platforms to replace each manned fighter. Unmanned systems will be everywhere—fighters, FPV drones, loitering munitions—in a crowded airspace. For nations to defend themselves, this is necessary—like making bullets. Potential customers know we deliver fast: 250 TB2s/year, 50 AKINCI UCAVs/year, and we’re ramping up as TB3 and KIZILELMA move into production. We don’t see KIZILELMA as a loyal wingman, though it can be used with manned fighters. We envision it operating solo with a fleet control system. It features aggressive maneuvering, autonomous operation, and control by few operators. KIZILELMA will also integrate AI to assist with command delegation and operations.

⚡Washington Backs Terrorist Merger into Syrian Army. Reuters reports that the U.S. istration has approved a Syrian government plan to integrate foreign militants into the ranks of a new Syrian army unit. According to three officials from Syria’s Ministry of Defense, the plan will bring roughly 3,500 foreign fighters—primarily Uyghurs from China and neighboring countries—into the newly formed 84th Syrian Army Division, alongside Syrian personnel. A representative of the Turkistan Islamic Party’s political wing, Osman Bugra, told Reuters in a written statement that the group has officially disbanded and is now integrated into Syria’s security apparatus. The Turkistan Islamic Party was folded into the 84th Division about three weeks ago.

Medvedev ...in response to Operation Spiderweb. We are on the home stretch of this campaign. Unflappable observers do not lose their nerves over meretricious operations of dubious strategic value. Not when the prize is within reach. -Lord 10 Likes 2 Shares |

shoodboi2:What utter nonsense. You guys keep fixating on loss of a couple of fighter jets insomuch that you have totally misread the situation. Indian Air Force has actually gained the confidence of the Indian public and government after their attacks. They hit the most defended targets in Pakistan, 11 airbases, with pin point precision. They hit hangars, airstrips, command centers and air defence radars. Satellite images from multiple sources confirmed the sheer accuracy of these hits. They defended the entire Indian airspace with just one Pakistani drone managing to land one non critical hit on some barracks somewhere that killed one Indian Airman (medical specialist). Pakistan sent more than 1200 drones and many long range missiles like the CM 400AKG and the Fatah 1. These drones and missiles were ALL intercepted. And you think people lost confidence in IAF all because a few fighter jets were lost on only the first day when the politicians had tied IAF hands by asking them to hit the terrorist targets in Pakistan without hitting Pak military targets? If IAF jets were so bad, why did India not lose a single jet after the first day? Even though these same jets launched hits on the Paki airbases on the last day? Compare this time's performance to their performance in 2019 Balakote airstrikes, where there was a friendly fire incident of an Indian helicopter getting shot down by an Indian SAM system because of conflicting orders regarding IFF. What an echo chamber. No propensity for critical thinking. Oh well, Pak military got the message. That is sufficient. 3 Likes |

LordAdam16: While this may be true, I believe the Russian Federation should have enforced certain red lines that Ukraine would be compelled to respect not through diplomacy, but through fear. A red line centered on prohibiting any attempt to bring the war onto Russian soil, under the threat not just of casualties but of the potential destruction of an entire city, might have pushed Ukraine back to the negotiating table much sooner. This is the very topic some pro-russians have been trying to find the answer to and I clearly understand their point. 4 Likes 3 Shares |

Breaking news Israeli Army Radio claims the rockets were fired from Tasil, not far from Nawa, southern Syria, where local residents have confronted the IDF a few months ago. Defense Minister, Israel Katz, following the firing from Syria towards the Golan: “We consider the Syrian President directly responsible for every threat and firing towards the State of Israel, and we will respond to him with full firmness as soon as possible. We will not allow a return to the reality of October 7th.” According to the IDF, both rockets struck open areas, causing no injuries. Sirens had sounded in the communities of Hispin and Ramat Magshimim. It marks the first rocket attack from Syrian territory on Israel since May 5, 2024, and the first since the fall of the Bashar al-Assad regime in December. |

Michael Flynn said something about the recent Ukrainian drone attack in Russia. Even those that matters are in fear while the comedian Elensky is proud of his folly. https://xcancel.com/GenFlynn/status/1929297294358139364 General Mike Flynn @GenFlynn ATTENTION! So, it appears Zelenskyy gave the go ahead to attack parked Russian nuclear capable bombers without informing @realDonaldTrump (if true that our President was not consulted nor informed, this isn’t simply a breach of protocol. It’s a geopolitical insult and a warning sign. If Ukraine is willing to conduct strikes with strategic consequences without notifying the White House, we are no longer allies with coordination issues—we are co-belligerents flying blind). Also given Senator “warmonger” Lindsey Graham’s and Senator “Da Nang Dick” Blumenthal’s recent visit, this attack could appear as though it was sanctioned. I pray the Russians have better intelligence than that. IMHO, these two don’t have the sense or common sense to pull something like this off (there will have to be denials though). FYI, Those bombers that were hit HAVE to be out in full view due to nuclear treaty obligations. Zelenskyy took advantage of that. For instance, they appear to have hidden the drones in containers and were driven on trucks near the airbase. Smart use of deception (see photos below). However, imagine any one of our big bomber bases having the exact same thing done to them. Very costly U.S. Strategic Bombers can be taken out in the same way by anyone with access to inexpensive drones, delivery trucks, explosives, and a bit of technical knowledge (not good and new tactics will now have to be developed). People, and especially world leaders, need to realize the global implications to such an operation as Ukraine just pulled off. Russia will respond. Action, reaction, counteraction. Those are the shifting tides of warfare. This wasn’t a bold action, it was brash. Ukraine’s short-term win could be the world’s long-term loss. Despite what is a complete mess right now in Europe, there are still solutions to achieving peace. They are narrowing however and time, as it often does, becomes an enemy instead of a useful friend. @PeteHegseth @DNIGabbard @JDVance @marcorubio 2 Likes |
