Please help me through.

I'm kind of new in domain business (even though I have gone through paid training).

I ed this domain for sale and trying to list it on Sedo. Done that but it's asking me to do Domain Ownership Verification.

This is where I'm getting it confused. How do I do it?

Simply point your nameservers to Sedo's nameservers and wait at least about 30 minutes to one hour. I guess that's probably more straightforward than using ownership verification code.

Note that either method may still not work for days in some cases and you'd then need to Sedo for help.

Please, did you read the "fine print" concerning the cost of subsequent renewal? If the of conditions says you must renew with them the second year and price is $25 and above, it will not be profitable. Just asking and to be sure it is not a Greek gift because if it is too good to be true, it probably is.

So they want you to stay for a year and renew ( $11) at least once with them. Fair enough

Simply Google "Sedo domain ownership verification", you'll see a 3mins plus YouTube video, watch it

I complained about Godaddy ruining sales. In less than 2 weeks of moving my domains to Spaceship, I have sold one and the best part? The most recent failed inbound offer came back when I listed it in Spaceship and he just confirmed that he was the same person at Godaddy.


If you do outbound and rely on Godaddy now that Dan is no more, you will have many failed transactions caused by their brokers.

Of course, yes! I could have actually just directed you there by replying with "Google is your friend." But some people would take that as an insult instead of just learning. You can get answer to like at least 90% of questions simply using Google!

In this case, just search for a term like "domain ownership verification Sedo." You should see articles and videos from different sources, including Sedo itself.
