Hi, My response below:

Hardware/software issues? There is no hardware issue. For software, none that I am aware of, I am not an expert though, only a .

Battery Life? The battery life is very decent at 5000 MAH, Can last a while on a full battery. Though it depends on usage.

Refurbished? Cloned? Nah...none of the above. The phone hasn't been opened or touched since I bought it brand new.

Branded/Locked/etc? No. The phone is neither branded nor locked.

PS: I am an average and I am selling because I want to a newer version of same phone.
