fuckboys: Yeah that’s the point, everyone has their specific power needs aside the finances. |

dollarnaira: By direct cells do you mean using the battery pack bare? Are there people using their battery pack bare with no issues? |
AndroBlaze: 7:48pm On Jun 01 |
favouredbymercy: Yes, but strongly not advised.....unless you are pretty advanced and are at home 24/7. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=byTZHI8uBzk?si=dj1o528-lZR6D9Yv |

Please experts in the house do I need to have DC breaker between inverter and battery? Most of the set ups I see don't have it but my Installer said it is necessary. If it is very necessary should it be 1 pole or 2 pole Dc breaker? My battery is 200ah Lifepo4 battery. |

emekam12: Just like you have noticed, it is obviously not necessary, especially if it's a smaller system. However it is safer, so if that's the way he installs you should probably allow him to go ahead. You only need one pole for the positive. |

Please does anyone use Gospower inverter here? I have this solar of things app and the layout is so basic. Doesnt show total energy generated, daily generation etc. just basic PV output at a time and consumption

AndroBlaze:The bolded letters seemed like you are shouting at me. Calm down. I may have made a quick less informed mention of Deye and SRNE, but I know for a fact that Growatt in the USA is seen as a poor alternative to better inverters. They get very bad reviews generally over the years. Because of the 120v output? I don't know, but it's not considered a good brand. But we praise it here as one of the best. |

Mrreed: Correct.Oya update is with price and pictures. I know you like running your things low key but your prices are very reasonable 4 Likes |

Hi @ preator This video explains your gospower wifi logger features. In the video he had historic charts. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pzAfrmGc1ms?si=gkLDzy_mCjjqtIxn |

ask4bk: Well I guess we praise it because it delivers and is good value for money spent. It's like the days of Lead Acid when beginners like me thought Trojan must be great because its what they use in America....only for me to luckily find places like this that taught me the Indian made Quanta is a far better battery to use because it was designed for tropical climates like ours. So yes Growatt has it issues (especially if you are forced to rely on their warranty), but it's design is superior to Felicity inverters....and I believe more reliable. As for the bold, you are the first person to claim I am shouting, but no vex sha. I make a lot of typographical mistakes and I find it easier to read through in bold. 1 Like |

Indeed today’s sun seemed like one of the best for solar yield in the past few weeks. I charged at a steady 9kW (170Amps) for over an hour straight. Another benefit of 48v systems, 24v system will essentially be 340Amps for same charging speed and battery capacity. 1 Like |

ask4bk: 110-120v is the typical US standard electrical rating as we use the UK standard of 220-240v output except I am missing something as regards the output voltage. 1 Like |

@ Damreey Yeah Max pv on deye is on 9,600W. However, PV2 is usually partially shaded by noon, so I mostly get 12-13kW out of possible 14kW total s (inclusive of victron charge controller). 1 Like |
