Taico available 220k
Cworth 12V 100AH. From Monday 187k

Good afternoon boss, I'm trying to decide what to get for my people in a 12v system and this Taico or CWorth battery seems to fit the bill.

Do you think I go for the 200ah variant of either or just get this 100ah? The load audit isn't more than 200 - 250w per day with ~ 6 hrs grid daily.

Kindly drop your so I make the purchase from you 🙏

The higher the better, 12 200AH is like standard, that is 2.5kwh.

200w load will work for 10 hours+

Test from DC shunt or AC output?

Okay, I will get that done. Just didnt want to bother as someone did 110ah already.

DC shunt.

I actually thought about taking it back and asking them to replace it as they are really nice people, but because I got it at such a low price then, I could not be bothered (my initial plan was to get multiple, but that was shelved quickly)

Good sturdy build though and the BMS does it's job pretty well. In fact I think it might be a bit to aggressive, but the Chinese are always overprotective with their BMS if the cells aren't 1st grade.

I'll try and look out for that guy's video though.

Thank you boss. I really appreciate

You are welcome.

Omo it's pricey oooo. As an experience , does it worth the price, compared to other brands like Cworth, Firman etc
it is worth it, comes with 5yrs warranty and very rugged, low frequency with low idle consumption of 27w

Yes, that’s what all my tests are pointing to.

For context: Before the Haisic battery arrived, I was using a custom-built lithium battery with my 3kVA hybrid inverter and 24V solar setup. With eight 200W solar s on the roof, I could charge the battery from 24V in the morning to 29.2V by 1–3 PM, depending on sunlight.

The Haisic arrived and got stuck at 27.2V on day one. I initially thought the issue was charging current. My inverter s 30A for AC charging, the charge controller is rated 60A, and the battery’s recommended charge current is 40A. So, I ruled out current as the problem.

Did a drain test, still stuck at 26.8-27.2 V after hours of charging. Did the final test today, disconnected the inverter from the battery, and the inverter went straight to 29.1 V, while the charge controller that is connected to the battery shows 26.8 V. So, I have ruled out the inverter limiting the charge current.

My guess is either the BMS is faulty or one or more cells are weak. Order the Coulomb meter posted here a few threads back, but it will take 3 weeks to get to me.

I've been experiencing something similar to this with my two Cworth 12v Lifepo4 batteries connected in parallel. The voltage hardly crossed 13.3v despite several hours of full sunshine.

Change your float and absorption to 14.2v
What kind of cc and solar array do you have?

Lol...
Don't even mention cworth and Firman when talking about TBB. They are not in the same league.

If ur battery has comm port, plug in the cable and select the right lithium profile, if not use defined n use 14v as bulk and float voltages.

successfully installed....
Charge controller woke immediately it sensed power from the s.

But I have a new challenge. My batteries have not crossed 13.3v (3 bars). It stays at that voltage without getting to the 14.4v despite the huge power from the charge controller.
I don't know if there's a setting in the charge controller that is responsible for this.

Has anyone here mixed V3 280ah cells with the V1 280ah cells?

I need a practical experience.

I know for sure that the internal resistance will differ but I don't know how wider the difference might be.

I had same issue when I got my Haisic 3.6kwh battery. The issue as very simple. Bms was limiting charge.

Drain till bms LVD and that’s it. Charge as normal and your issue is over.

I attempted this today.
Inverter isn't coming up, not sure I hit the BMS LVD, but I set the inverters LVD to 20V which is the lowest.
When I check the current battery voltage, it's reading 22.8

Do you think this should solve it?

1. Digital Timer Switch
Price: 10,500
You can use this device to set the time, duration and even date that certain devices (such as referigerator, starlink, etc) come on and go off. Particularly useful when you have to go to work or go bed, but you want those devices to come on and go off by themselves.

2. Power Meter
Price: 13,000
Use this device to see how much your appliances consume in watts. You can also input your energy bill in kwh and track how much it costs you to run an appliance on a daily, weekly or monthly basis

3. 60a PowMr MPPT Solar Charge Controller (Updated firmware version)
Price: 97,000
Comes with complimentary battery voltmeter worth 4,000

yes it should work, wait till the sun is out and your inverter should wake.

If there's no other way, mix. What's the worst that could happen?

Someone wanted to mix it. I've advised him not to due to internal resistance differences.
Thank you for your input Boss.
