On serious note why is the value of Ellah lake biological asset not hitting the roof if they have such size of land/planted palm fruits even fruiting or about to fruit palm. This was what I was looking out for in the earlier days of okumu/,presco.At a time the jump for presco biological asset became something else and they over took okomu oil.Na ogg been dey do the analysis. He said he preferred presco to okomu which I didn't believe even as okumu price was then higher 1 Like |

Streetinvestor2: Do you know how much I was making in my oil mill before I handed it to somebody who understands the business better than me? With Ella's oil mill alone, they will be making money and servicing their debts. They don't need to depend on matured fruits. They can buy, process and export. If Ellah is not Audio, someone is milking it dry. This is the reason our Top oga Nosa should go closer. Except the largest shareholder that will be happy to convert his debt to equity if his company is doing well, any other person doing so may have a plan of Japaa especially when he sees no sign of recovering his debt.He can gather people and give them prayer point of pushing the price in order to collect his money indirectly A lot of shareholders will never understand this till they die. |

Any stocks that can't produce value like unproductive palm oil trees π΄πͺ in Ellah Farm in my portfolio will be sold off to make way for more productive ones like Presco and Okomu in this Q2, 2025. Ellah Farm's failed LSE listing and failure to meet targets set in 2020 raise questions. In today's era, owning a farm isn't necessary for producing palm oil or other commodities. FTN Cocoa, for instance, produces cocoa cake and butter without a farm. If Chuka Mordi isn't a wealth destroyer, why didn't he adopt this model? What happened to the acquired Telluria Farm? These questions demand answers. Locotrader: |

If you really understand the business why didn't you for see okomu and presco in their early days, if you did, some of you will not need to be marketing stocks to gain 10-20% confusing people. That is not a winners mentality. If you want to argue, you come up with facts and not speculation. If someone could trust wale with his money, how why should you have problem with another person entrusting his/her money with modi. ![]() ![]() 2 Likes |

I presume some Ellah lakes insiders who want to Japaa is at Nsempa at the moment. They don't discuss about other stocks except Ellah. All of us are wearing the same clothe.Who go understand? When they Japaa, them go disappear from here at once.I am suspecting 2 monikers here even 3 If you want to enter, wear rainboot and have your long spoon at hand like Loco.Na only 10 to 20% we need from Ellah.Very soon I go begin look for only 8% in Ellah to cover data expenses. Janet is seriously calling inside Ellah You no go like Janet experience 1 Like |

I wondered wat people gain from claiming to know what they don't know, you claimed you know about oyel farming very well and never buy okomu and presco in their early days only for you to buy at 400+ and 900+. Can we say you actually know about the business? Even me that started yesterday bought presco at 184 and never sold a unit. There is clear difference between knowing and understanding a business behind a stock. I have never market any stock here because I never n would never feed on people naivety. Kindly check where the ellahlakes discussion started, I never started it but I can't watch you talk about any companies I know about without facts. 1 Like |

Locotrader:You dey mind some people. Just because you started buying palm oil to store and sell when price goes up makes you pro in palm oil business. I had friends in kaduna who was supplying Malaysia oil to indomie company way back in kaduna. Even presently family member is moving oil out of naija.I bought presco as far back as when it was #29 and later sold at very good profit to reinvest in another stock. I bought Okomu when it was trading above presco and equally later sold.Whr u in the market then. How do you come to belive we didn't see the value in them long ego. I saw the value long ago as they whr making steady progress. This was when results whr sent in hard copies Is ellahlakes a new business. Why do they keep shouting earlier days. You have species of palm trees that begin yielding fruits in 4 yrs or even less. Let keep the past aside .why is the present results not showing serious improvement both in asset table and P/L table. What is 65 million revenue in present nigeria for a big farm.. Like loco said some people are making good money in milling others fruit even in low capacity. How do you justify such expenses for farm business yielding such revenue. So what are the workers really doing on the farm to warrant all that cost.I have been in practical agriculture and family is still in it up north. I have friends who have massive farms in kaduna and in niger right now . Abeg still waiting for wale.If the result no good.i will still say it.The result of sugar has not been good but we are seeing serious improvements. In agriculture sector I can beat my chest on that side even in my sleep. I sabi dat sector every other one.lol.It flows in my family blood from G parents. Mum has been in poultry farming all her life and still in it though in medium capacity. 4 Likes |

I got banned yesterday, if you guys were the one behind that, you can do more. Many of you are far from reality, kindly read slowly, if it cost presco for example, an x amount from 1b shareholders to build their farm x years ago, it will cost another company at least 4x from at least 5x shareholders to build the same thing over at least double of the period it takes presco to build for obvious reasons. The question I will like to ask the ones that claimed to know presco n okomu in their early days is, how long does it take them to be where they are today n how was the process like, getting that information should help you know where ellahlakes belongs. A friend that I said he visited the farm bought presco less than 7 n nurture it till date, Do I believed the one that bought presco for 400+ n 900+ or the other. If you don't have reasons to stay in a business, try n personalized it n don't generalized what you can't back with facts. Happy weekend. 3 Likes |

Streetinvestor2: It's a wrong time to sell as the momentum is around the corner. I would give it six weeks with possibility of 30% upside. The daily candles just got above the ichimoku cloud after 5 months in woods. The candle for the month of May is the first green monthly close in five months. The positives in the near time is brighter. |

leo1234: I would go with UBA for several technical reasons. UBA is much more liquid than AFRIPRUDβyou can place large funds quickly and recover your money just as fast if you decide to exit. AFRIPRUD is moving sideways currently without strong interest; the market isnβt really concerned with it. But, oh boy, UBA is getting serious attention: almost 50 billion naira exchanged in the last 5 trading days @34 naira. Although trades involve both sellers and buyers, for buyers to show that much interest, they must be very positive about this stock. In the short term, UBA may drop to around β¦30 or below because it is in a mini bear, but I donβt think that changes its long-term potential. This is my analysis based on the charts. 4 Likes 1 Share |
