I have done the head count and the South East clearly dominate the list with 25 medalists.
This goes to prove strongly that South East is dominant in International competitions.

On this list the South West dominate with 32 names against South East with 24 names while in the Paralympic list, the south East dominate with 25 names out of a total of 48 names. By the way, we can check for other years too and I believe it will show clearly that South East is dominant.
