The value of odds is determined by 2 factors:
1. The probability in percentage of an outcome occuring.

2. The amount of people staking on that option. E.g if Liverpool to win against crystal palace is 1.30 odds. And then suddenly a lot of punters start staking on crystal palace handicap, double chance or even x2. The odds of Liverpool winning will go up but if more punters start staking on Liverpool the odds of Liverpool will decrease.
