Pls I'll appreciate your input here.
I have gotten to the soakaway stage in my bungalow. I have very limited space. It's half plot (100 by 25), and I was able to squeeze a two bedroom flat and two mini flat on it as a single unit.
The problem now is, the only space remaining in front is where d soakaway will be and aside from the conventional soakaway, which other option do I have.. I won't consider Biodigester because this is a rental property. Tenant hardly follow rules. The remaining space can manage two small car. The car will be parked ON d soakaway always and this bothers me. My dad's soakaway just went down on its own last year after 9 years and car is not even allow on it.
Someone is advising I consider the ring soakaway due to space. Is there any disadvantage to this ring's own..My land is not very hard, tho not swampy..its just in d middle. What other options do I have? Appreciate any response

Use solid materials to build your soakaway and it will be safe for cars to pack on top of it, I did same at mine

We sell it by sqm. But if you want a carton, we can also sell. The ones I posted are Vinyl which are 8500 for a sqm.

Your soakaway can be designed and built in such a way that it can vehicular load conveniently without failing.

Please I want to confirm how many length of 12mm rod will be needed for 15 pillars of a bungalow (stir up, the floor mat and the horizontal column)

Yes, you are correct with the assertion that we still have standard reinforcement bars. But you will agree with me that it’s not everybody that are using or can accord that.

I will not want to go into the technical part of this but here’s what I will recommend and what we have implemented in time past.

Foundation mat =>12mm
Chain beam => 16mm
Columns => 16mm
Stirrup => 10mm
Main beam => 16mm
Slab => 12mm

The height should be 13ft from foundation trench to lintel and 2 different building plus front pillars for both.
