Charisdesigns: I disagree still. Standard reinforcement bars that meet the requisite yield strength, diameter and elongation are also available in the open market, just pricier. While I understand over-engineering the design, blanket statements like the one stated by the OP using the word must isn't always the case. 1 Like |
