Is being created to offer alternative policies and challenge the govt intellectually, The people in the DSS should know that this is a good thing to governance and creates not only an opposition but, proffers solution to problems and this will in turn benefit the govt and the people.... But, unfortunately, when one has turned himself to attack dogs for the politicians, they find it difficult to think logically on their own

When you put idiots to head security agencies.

The opposition are free to have a shadow government and even a shadow cabinet to form alternative policies they would make if they were in power.
