*completed our logo/trademark registration with the Federal Ministry of  Trade and Investment.

* printed over 150,000 food grade mini sachets for production of our most popular product and has commenced market testing. Nisco Pepper Soup Spices. 

*formally applied for NAFDAC certification (not yet completed) 

* acquired a fully automated 600 sachets per hour packaging machine with the four functions of weighing, filling, forming and sealing.

* acquired a mini van for product distribution. 

*Additionally, we’ve secured a prime location - a very spacious 3 bedroom apartment, laying the groundwork for our operations.

* Only recently, we received a major boost to our business as we received a 5 acre land along with workers and all necessary farm inputs and seedlings from the Roli Mabo Foundation to help us start growing our own raw materials.

Our Request:
We are requesting investment funding of Ten Million naira for a 10% equity in our company to enable us achieve the following;

1. Raw materials – N4M to guarantee a fairly stable raw material base for continuous daily production for a month. This is our biggest challenge at the moment.

2. Standardized Sachet printing for our Banga Soup Spices, (150,000 sachets minimum)– N1.8M

3.Purchase of a few lacking equipments like industrial spices blender, automatic coding machine, etc  N1.1M

4. Completion of NAFDAC Registration of 5 products – N300k. The importance of this and its direct effect on sales cannot be overemphasised. Sales projection cannot be achieved without completion of NAFDAC Registration.

5. Office computers and and furniture – N500k

6. Marketing – Website, social media campaigns, open market campaigns, etc – N2M

7. Backup packaging machine –  N2M (Optional).

8. Others – N300k

GRAND TOTAL = N4M + N1.8M + N1.1M + N300k + N500,000 + N2M + N2M + N300k = N12M.
