I did comment then, and I asking you this important question “What's the essence of job security without financial security?”

Boss please I want you to clarify something. When you said “……than some of these paramilitaries BAR custom”

What exactly do you mean sir? Did you use custom as an example in that sentence because you know something about their pay not good enough?

Secondly, what advice would you give someone that just got a state government job and is likely to get this same custom job? Which would you advise him to hold on to? Emphasis on “just got a state government job”

grin... Guy, Chill & relax even if you're not pleased with some replies.
Not everyone is unemployed or wants to work; information is key & this forum is providing a bit of it.
Hope you do have an idea that DSS can pick you up for ing recruitment info of agencies running it underground. At least this forum provides 30% anonymous profiles, which makes some people feel free to drop a tip of info.
It's better to smile or reply with an emoji to relieve your anger.
A funny thin about FG recruitment is not everyone in the organisation will know. Usin ur narration of sayin u chatted with the social media handler, do u really think he's aware? His own is to information out, & most of these agencies dont entertain open recruitment (it tagged replacement & FCC made a waiver provision for such to take place if they're takin fewer than 100 or so), so do u expect the handler to brief u on what is hidden from the public?

You may be new; you'll learn more along the way.

“Bar Custom” in this context means “apart from or except for Custom”. So I was advising him to jettison the paramilitary job for full time bank job except it is Custom. Please pick Custom over the state Government job.

There is a way to correct or advise one without being insulting or demeaning. I didn't see any of those previous replies as corrections.
Thank you ,at least now I know I am not crazy

Have you tried NGOs? With these qualifications, you stand a better chance to NGOs funded for health related activities like Polio, Malaria, HIV/AID......... Most of these NGOs pay far better than 95% of FG agencies.

Try NGO as someone has suggested earlier especially WHO. Go to any primary health care close to you and enquire how to work as Independent Monitor or Supervisor with WHO for free(even though you are going to be given a token). If you are looking for quick money, please don't go there because from the beginning, it's like you are wasting your time. But if you are patient and consistent, the sky is going to be your limit. This your qualifications is exactly what WHO needs but you still need someone to push you in.

I recently learned that the NIA kicked off its training a few weeks ago, and it’s truly exciting to hear that one of my friends successfully secured a spot.
Their journey is a testament to hard work and determination, and it inspires me to keep pushing forward.

As for the NFIU, I’ve come across discussions about APLS being shared a couple of months ago. I’m curious if anyone has confirmed this information, as getting clarity on this could really help those of us navigating these processes.

Let’s continue to share our experiences
and each other. 👏
Thank you 🙏🏽

My house of representatives personally gave some of my people. I saw it on this platform first before later confirmed when I travelled for Easter.
