Please help me thru getting Birth Certificate from the National Population Commission portal.

I've made an initial ₦2000 Payment but I'm stuck here.

What do they mean by parent's birth certificate number?

And by the way, I'd like to know the difference between Attestation Certificate and Birth Certificate.

To get it done as an adult is a lil bit difficult now except for those who are less than 18yrs.

Explain to the officer you meet there, he will ask for lil bribe to get it done.
He will issue you the certificate but it likely be a back dated one.

Not much cos the certificate is free at the NPC office.

He will just charge you for a sworn affidavit.

Am very sure it will be cheaper over there compare to lagos.
