I want to purchase a PC so I'm confused whether I should go for a Mac, Or a windows Computer.

I've used Windows all my life but from what I'm hearing, I heard Mac is faster and then also the battery lasts very well.

I currently use a 16gb Ram, 256 ssd and 2.60 ghz Pc but for some reasons it still lags whenever I open many tabs, I really don't like that and I want something faster. Thanks
