I am using Truehost Nigeria as my hosting provider, and the website is getting worse day by day with its loading speed (I created the website about 6 months ago). These days, it doesnt even load at all. Should i switch my hosting provider to Hostinger, are they faster?

please who has experience in this issue. Help with advice

that's not ALWAYS the issue ?

Let's not jump into conclusions please.

He might have to upgrade his hosting package.

What about his wordPress website, it could be his theme or plugin having issues.

When the issue is your theme or plugin, switching hosting provider wouldn't fix that.

of course, having a barely average hosting makes things worse.

A lot of times, people want to pay as little as possible for hosting, then expect the FASTest speed possible.

Another issue is the way the website is designed.
Most people abuse plugins to the extent that a very simple feature such as Back to Top is implemented using a plugin.
What about their functions.php file, that could be so fat with lots of things.
Let's not forget that super shiny but poorly coded theme.

We haven't even considered if images are optimized at all.

See eh, though the hosting providers yo mentioned ain't known to be average enough, let's not be quick to cast blames by default, as that might not be the issue

Judging by the hosting companies that interests OP, you would understand He's shopping for cheapest hosting s. Imagine Truehost, Hostinger, etc; I'm very sure even on those platforms, na still the cheapest options He go buy.

Just so you know, I am a webHost myself, and manage a number of servers. No I don't mean reSeller hosting. As in we manage our own servers.

Don't bother asking of our price list because we've got none. When a new client s us, we access their application / website, and tell them the cost that suits them better. So far, so long you not FaceBook, and the likes, we haven't disappointed

99% of what you've said suggests he should change his host. Why mention me to repeat what I've said before?
