Don't buy a Samsung phone as you have little children, make dem nor scatter that screen 😂 Very expensive.
Just buy iPhone Xsmax 256gb if you like iPhones, or redmi note 13 if you like Androids. The redmi note 13 is cheaper than your budget i think.
