We all know about the rising cost of building materials in Nigeria today.

However for a shopping complex made up of 10 shops upstairs and 10 downstairs will 25 Million Naira be enough for the entire construction? from start to finish?

Cost of Land is not included.

The N25M is to construct from beginning to end.

Looking at a basic shopping complex without luxury or expensive finishing somewhere on the outskirts of Lagos. However good quality materials will be used for construction.


Your advise will be appreciated.

Assuming they are just standard sized shops, your 25M naira budget will only cover the cost of decking and roofing, nothing else, no block works , no foundation.

I don't think so even though the cost of if land is not included. It can build the ground floor of the complex but I don't think it can complete the first floor. You can get a contractor to give you a quotation
