And what has IC and EFCC done about it? Take a share?

Those myopic and gullible Apc ers will say this is not about the presidency or the party like it’s about their family …it is a presidency or party that is not capable will hand over as much as 10 billion to who will embezzle it…or is it the opposition that is the Minister of education or finance….let the presidency come out and defend the incompetence…if not that the money got shared by them …this Apc willl finish Nigeria under BAT…alll they do is embezzle and that is why all thieves are decamping to them
Konjiboii: 3:23pm On May 01
Wonderment, what I know is that if Obi was president he would have personally gone around the country institutions and press whoever is in charge to disburse the actual money meant for this, Obi would have handled the security situation one time. No be all this Paris today, Chicago tomorrow. Ask the ers now dem go start their igbanti igbanti

So we elected the school's management also. There's actually no difference between all you followers of these useless politicians

You corrupt, evil, and incompetent political leaders, but expect honest, upright, hardworking masses? You need a check.
damiloladuke: 3:23pm On May 01
PresidObi:

No, the schools management are robots, they are not humans and we have no police, EFCC or courts to prosecute them. They are now untouchable because we are in a criminal regime grin

If you had little education I'm not sure you completed it because you're not even making a single sense as compared to someone who read and fully digested the article

NOTHING WOULD EVER WORK IN NIGERIA !!

NIGERIA IS CURSED 😔🤔 !!!

Yes, the government carried the money to the schools, dumped the cash at the school gates and ran away, just for the university authorities to steal the money and the government is suddenly powerless to prosecute them? grin

Tell me another lie.

You are just very daft, they just found out the missing funds and investigation is in order they can still prosecute them but corruption in Nigeria is not very simple, even the agencies that will carry out the investigation can easily be compromise by bribe.

You think a single man can eradicate corruption in Nigeria by one or two orders from above ? It says a lot about your IQ

This has nothing to do with the leadership. They have provided the funding as promised. The Nigerian factor has taken over. CBN, banks, universities etc. You are one of the ugly factors. In your small corner you are doing your own but always chochocho against the president. Is he supposed to be everywhere at the same time? Some of you that do chochocho will be willing to cut corners from dead body. Mtchee

Of course, their job is to provide money to schools, and run away grin

Then they will come to the social media and complain about why Peter Obi didn't enforce the use of the money grin

This isn't about the party or the president.....

The concept was a good development and it's a welcome idea as countries you look upto also practice this to enable people from not so well to do homes to send their kids to school without struggling to pay the fees.

The embezzlement is between the institutions and the agency in charge of disbursement of funds. The people involved might be Nigerians ing Obi or Atiku.
It matters too friend. If the head is corrupt, the people too will take a cue. It happened in a company I once worked for.
If the people feel the people above them are corrupt, there won’t be any impetus or fear to be corrupt free.
And we have seen Tinubu working with employing and working with people that are corrupt, those too in turn you can imagine will employ people similar to them. It’s a chain reaction

My guy, who we elect matters

That is what IC and EFCC were created for.
The Nigerian system is fraught with gaps to commit fraud even by people blaming the govt. Our institutions should be strengthened and not individuals.
They just want to sabotage the good intent of the program but God will put them to shame and behind bars.

If you want to copy, learn to paste correctly. The issue isn't about other countries do it, it is about not following the way others do it. Ours is a case of pure corruption and it will keep thriving as long as we don't do things right.
