Good evening to everyone, just like the topic says. Most times I am always confused when some people call Lagos no man's land. I have the following questions for them (1) if Lagos is no man's land then which region does it fall? (2) if Lagos is no man's land then is Abuja no man's land too? 1. Lagos is a federal capital territory 2. Abuja is a no man's land. Wike, an Igbo man is their current governor. 3.
