Me too, though I did feel years back and stopped learning because of work. I have picked it up again,and I pray this time I will get all initial necessary knowledge I need and go on to start my blog.
Also go for tutorials that are recent,because wordpress has changed from what many tutors used to do their tutorials. I was amazed by how much changes and update WP has gone through in the last 1 year,when I installed WP locally recently using xampp to practice offline, especially creating menu items and Block editor,use of templates etc.

Also I have researched Web hostings, Themes to use,and have some listed. Step by step,we will get there. Nothing comes easy,it takes hard work practice Prayer and grace 🙏🙏
