Champion is a Northern candidate.
This result is superb because I know where they are coming from and where they are going to.Brewery sector is resurrecting. These current prices are injustices which can never be sustain.

With eps of 11k in Q1, we are looking at 44k FY eps.
At the of #4, with a earning growth of atleast 50% in FY25, I expect the price to rise to #6-#8

The net FVOCI doesn't tally with what's stated in note 18.1... sad

Amassed NAHCO during the COVID breakdown of travel industry. Now at over 2000% portfolio growth, it's a gift that keeps giving.

they are both a good buy, but you are buying at the peak.would have bought NAHCO at 45,now at 68.5 per unit.

UBA is more of jijo.

Not a guru, but I'll share my opinion.
Nacho won't increase OS and if the numbers they're projecting is anything to go by, you will get capital appreciation and more dividend above this year. They also have a good payout ratio unlike banks that are handicapped by CBN in of how much they pay.

I will take nacho over UBA. UBA has a fair price if you consider their EPS to the share price. There's a lot of room for price increase but banks are laggards when it comes to price appreciation in my opinion. Access bank is a prime example

For dividend and based on present price I will go for uba.
Uba will definitely pay nothing less than #5 as dividend for this yr.The price of Nahco can pick you 2 units of uba if you pick at pull backs
That means you can get #10 dividend from 2 uba.
I can't say if nahco can pay #10 for this yr.
I see uba doing better price appreciation
than Nahco at present price. Uba can hit #50 and Nahco #80.. your uba will be 2×
They both good stock for long time

👍 The streetman, this your analysis no bad at all. NAHCO is not a bad idea. But, it is getting too high in price for me. UBA is surely going places, from what I observed over the years good companies strive to improve their dividend every year. UBA may pay more than N5.00k this financial year. I know you are trying to be very conservative. I key into your ministry 2UBA = 1NAHCO at the current market price.

I can feel your vibes. The stocks sold for between N2.00 - N2.50 (could even be lower). I got some units then, later sold off some thinking I had hit a goldmine, never knew that the rally is just beginning. It has the highest % gain in my portfolio (Na only tasere unit I have o).

Lesson learnt: never kill the goose that lays the golden egg.

The way NGX works with optimism, don't be surprised to see NAHCO at N120 before you see UBA @50 grin

Thinking of selling my Chams to take care of some needs instead of waiting for new inflow of cash. I'm in a little green now but want to target N2.20. any likelihood of major price rally or I should go ahead and sell at N2.20 target price? Advice needed

The month of May is likely to be generally bullish so maybe you could get additional change on it

Over taxation want kill this company. They paid over 85% of profit to govt as tax.
But the increase in dividend is appreciated from 3 cents to 4.6cents that's like 24% increase.

If they resolve this their tax issue, hmmmm...

Aradel should do better

It’s good for those already invested into it, having already received bonuses, and now still the prospects of getting at least a 50k dividend in FY 2025. Not so good for a new investor as 2025 yield at the current price may seem an embarrassment. Front-row seats are already filled. You just have to wait for something catastrophic to happen to jump in ( our prayer is of course that no such thing happens for all our sake). Train gone way past the station. Let’s not pick a fight with those already in the stock who will not agree with the current valuation having made their gains and plan to hold on tight.

@that say me please.

MARKET UPDATE 28 April- NIGERIA MARKET UPDATE WITH SOME GLOBAL PERSPECTIVE
Oil is stabilising so we believe the market should still be in uptrend. On the earnings some are really good and we should see one of the expected good ones in the finance sector and MTNN expected turn around result should be out any moment from now.

Our forecast list has be updated with the likes of WEMA bank among others (this is where we knew TRANSCORP, any likely OANDO will have poor result for March) and is for our Caucus

For last week, the Consumer index was top and Insurance coming second.

Let us have a nice week.

I personally feel that heavy dilution and still maintaining high stock prices/ and about the same dividends is a strategy to ward off deep-pocket mercenaries. Only initial investors are winners for years till value comes at par. Quite some sense!! Just my thoughts.
