For now, it's only safe from fulani herdsmen. The other forms of crimes and terror activities thrive on a daily basis. Most of which are unreported. If you relocate from Lagos to Abuja, that will change ur mindset about Lagos being the safest place. Niggers that relocate be crying Abuja is too calm and want back to Lagos. Abuja is safer than Lagos in my opinion.
