Politicians in saner climes focus on long-term projects to improve their communities, like infrastructure, education, and healthcare. These projects are designed to have lasting effects on the communities they represent, rather than just providing short-term relief. Why should we settle for less in our country? We deserve tangible improvements that will benefit us in the long run, not just a bag of rice. Am I the only one that finds this annoying?

There's no politician that gives free money. The monies she got from the committe she headed before all this drama is more than enough. She is doing all this to be in the good books of the people. The question to ask is what has she done before now as a member of the house,....it's about two years now...[/quote] 1 Like 1 Share |

This is a cheap publicity stunt just to chase clout. Rice is the new strategy to be in the news - how will this benefits over a thousand people in her constituency, your team can do better thinking about how the whole community can benefit from reliable energy, a library, large agricultural farm mechanization, etc Not to come and share food or money every other time. This is to show you how poverty has eaten us deep as a nation - Natasha is playing the politics games as usual, so why should I praise her, it is her job to ensure and provide amenities within her consistuent. Nigerians are too do*lie abeg. 6 Likes |

As much as I appreciate the fact that she re her constituents at a time like this, this is not what is needed by the constituents. Truly she has tried because she has spent some millions. However, I am sure that more than 10,000 households will share the 600 bags of rice. Do the maths! You will discover that one household can not get up to one paint of rice and you call that one a constituency Project! What happens to running some empowerment program and allow people generate their own funds by themselves. I think she needs to have a rethink on this. I am not from kogi but I do not appreciate such palliative because it doesn't take anybody anywhere. Peace! 3 Likes |

yemre: And how did you arrive at that conclusion, did she try to try to give them what they need and the people rejected it How is natasha better , looks like what an Akpabio or sen. ewa gonyin wil do |

bixton:Get your facts checked... He's just only one year in the senate. From court case to suspension. At the end it all, she's far better than Akpabio himself. Shame on them all 2 Likes |

Ebuka78: Who told you they signed? You see signatures that were manufactured by five people that where kept inside a room. You see why I expected INEC to vet that signatures one after the another by using a forensic expect so that the initiator of the recall process would have been sent to jail for perjury. |
