Is it possible to transfer someone that failed MBBS in medicine and surgery year three to engineering programmes like mechanical, civil, chemical, petroleum etc in Nigeria and to be given these engineering fields when medicine and surgery could not be secured due to high cut off marks, if so what are the instances and which universities in Nigeria offer such?

Lol 🤣.. are you dreaming? You'll be lucky if physiology and anatomy depts agree to take you on? University where I went to.. if you flunk your mbbs twice, youre done, no dept will take you. Not physio not anatomy. Maybe Human Nutrition may pity you.

But MBBS --> Engr lol 🤣 are you high? Even in 100L there are some courses Engr students take that you didn't. So no way.

Just prepare to write another JAMB

NIGER DELTA UNIVERSITY do transfer from Medicine to Engineering if one doesn't meet medicine cut off...It has happened several times.
