Peter Obi, the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate in the 2023 election, visited Alabi Yusuf Quadri at the Kirikiri Medium Correctional Centre in Apapa, Lagos, on Friday, April 11.

According to Yunusa Tanko, the interim national coordinator of the Obidient Movement Worldwide, Obi visited the minors in detention through the group.

Tanko wrote on his known X :

“During the visit, he (Obi) connected with Quadri’s mother and sister, standing in solidarity with the family and expressing unwavering during this difficult time”.

The best thing is to relocate the boy and his family from that toxic environment they are living in to a more sane one opening a business for them in that same environment won't solve the issue that made the boy to be locked up in kirikiri the harassment and envy from the area boys is likely to escalate.
