A lot of people in Kano have no business enrolling for NIN. They don't own a bank cos they don't need one, even SIM card is regiateted on their behalf by a relative. My mum is a good example.

Those who have no business enrolling for NIN and do no own bank does not count in scheme of national development.

Kano is a border town/state with lots of immigrant(hausa speaking). That has also influenced settling patterns.

You mean there are no illegal immigrants frim Benin, Togo, even Niger in Lagos?
They don't claim to be from Nigeria. That's the difference.

Sometimes, I think Nigeria's population figure is way over-bloated or exaggerated.

During elections, you will not see close to the number we claim we are

BVN registration nko? A far cry from our population figure.

Now, NIN registration says only 117m people have ed. The same NIN that you must have to open a bank or any official thing you want to do in the country.

Yet, we say we are 220m+ in population. As how nah?

Children and elderly in village don’t use nin

See this idiotic comment. Kano is not even the leading state. More so, only a fool will believe that Oyo isn't among the most educated state in Ng.

It will take illiteracy not to go for NIN. During presidential and legislatives election, Oyo voted for APC in of Tinubu and voted PDP candidates as law makers.
That is why we have senators from APC and house of Rep from PDP. What do you call that? Illiteracy may not mean not obtaining a degree. Many degree holders still didn't vote, burning their franchise , still complain about governments.

In the north, though not putting priority on western education but politically literate. They brag about their population and the power of their vote, SW ration reasoning.

I think you are not right.
I know from my own state that over 80% of the rural dwellers who constitute 75% of the state population have not been captured yet.
Also that the population of children aged between 1 to 15 which may constitute 20 to 30% of the country population have no nin.
So all indices point at fact that Nigeria current population projection is right.

Nigeria’s population is definitely less than 200million.

Those without NIN cannot be up to N80million.

Confirmed.
