Was it the immigration official that notified the NDLEA to check the man ? Was the NDLEA official seating at an assigned desk when he asked the traveler for his port? For all I care - that man may be off duty and decided to seat in a general area to hussle

Officials of Drug control or Immigration world wide have a desk - EXCEPT those doing the search at designated points which are manned by officials "STANDING" - emphasis on "STANDING" - not some random fellow sitting his butt down and deciding who to harass or intimidate at random!

Whoever is their Oga, increase their salary—these guys deserve it. I’ve been to over 40 international airports, and nowhere else do I feel as genuinely welcome as I do in Abuja.
