Anyone can start any business with any amount, but the definition of wealth based on N2m reeks of pure illiteracy.
2m cannot rent a shop in a lot of places in Lagos...
Ordinary keke napep is around 4m naira.
If the definition of wealth is just a little above 1k USD then most people here haven't seen any money in their lives.
I’m not protesting your projection bro . I’m just curious on the business part .

There are people that 2m will change their life if given...... Might not buy what you think it will... But will certainly make many people wealthy......
I won't reply your comment.....you don't strike me like a reasonable person.....
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Most of you will just throw words around without knowing the meaning.......

“His photographs changed my life, and now he has returned to his creator."
A centenarian drummer, who became the face of Nigeria's Non-Fungible Token (NFT) community in 2022, has ed away.
Photographer Adisa Olashile, who captured the iconic image of the elderly drummer years ago, shared the heartbreaking news on his social media.
Many recalled Olashile’s generosity, as he donated 50% of the proceeds from the NFT sale of the man's photo to him, earning widespread praise for his kindness.

In case you've not seen money before, N2m isn't what it used to be when you were growing up.
Stop calling an amount of money that cannot buy Keke Napep "wealth".
Ciao!
My brother if I can get a quarter of that amount I will be greatful

You can run a micro-business with 2m or less, even with a few hundreds of thousands: running POS services, selling recharge card, selling derica of rice and beans etc inside a roadside container shop...
These are businesses that can give you N500 to 5k profit daily, at least you will have something to eat, but you wanna run a real business with reasonable daily turnover, you need nothing less than 10m.

The woman that grinds pepper in a small stall in the market, is One Million Naira not wealth to her? This particular Baba that goes to parties without invitation, just to drum for people and be given few notes to eat, is is One Million Naira not wealth to him?

Wealth to her? So someone with 1m in her is wealthy? You can't even call her rich, not to talk of wealthy.
Keep deceiving yourself with Naira, not realising the money has totally lost value.

I am sorry cos I will like to derail this thread.
I read somewhere here today when some people all claimed Lagos really stink but I am here to tell you that as a staff of LAWMA that the outrageous debt owe LAWMA by houses ,companies and other facilities are mostly (90percent ) owe by the south east and south south indigenes living in Lagos .
If you think I am lying ,you can do a survey by yourself in your street with your PSP operator .They all claim regularly they don’t have wastes and they don’t generate wastes when we all know that there is no alternative to LAWMA (wastes disposal )rather than to patronize LAWMA .Does anyone exist who doesn’t generate wastes ?
Look at the wastes on the roadsides ,wastes at the T -junction of your house and other areas .These are the kind of people who dispose wastes illegally .Some even throw out wastes from their cars .Some will tell you they take it to their shops or houses as if they are actually doing that .They dump it every where and it is still LAWMA that will evacuate them while their bill at home or shops or offices /company keep accumulating and at the end of the day, they open their gutter mouth to ask the foolish question “how come my bill have ran into 500,000?”.
I will keep telling customers you don’t have alternative to LAWMA patronage even if you keep messing the streets around ,your bill will keep reading .Even if you tear that LAMWA bill ,you can’t erase it on the system(LAWMA database ).You don’t have another source of wastes evacuation unlike NEPA where you can decide not to make use of them and you still get power in your house or offices/shops .
The igbos most especially mess up Lagos and you can see them at all the bus stops selling wares and stuffs at illegal places even on the rail ways .80 percent of igbos in Lagos constitute environmental nuisance in Lagos by selling
Chargers
Batteries
Second hand clothes
Fake drugs
Fake drinks at prohibited places
They should stop spewing thrash. These are the developers that built Lagos but refused
to build their fatherlands yet they will never go but keep complaining .
I will edit any typo later pls .

On the contrary, bro,
I don’t think it’s always about the capital. More often, it’s about the turnover, the type of business, and the person running it.
You could have ₦10M invested in a business but make less than ₦10K daily in profit.
Meanwhile, someone with just ₦2M in a foodstuff business could be making at least ₦20K daily.
I’m speaking out of experience .
Btw , are you in Lagos state ?

I’m not arguing at all. Funny enough, I even took screenshots of your perspective. I never doubted you—I just shared my own thoughts or a different angle on it.
By the way, you didn’t answer my last question.
