I came across this online publication of EASTERN POLYTECHNIC ( Port Harcourt, Rivers State) in affiliation with University of Cross River State HND to BSc TOP-UP Programme. I made some enquiries but I am not convinced about the authenticity of the programme. If it is recognized by NUC and other University Authorities. I was there yesterday to make enquiry concerning the program, everything looks too casual, I doubt if unicross is aware the Polytechnic exists. More like a scam |
